A clear path from Pawn to King
Students progress through six structured levels, each with a clear objective and outcome.
Beginner 1 — Pawn Level
Duration: 2–3 months
Objective: Build strong fundamentals and the confidence to play a complete game.
Outcome: Students can set up the board, understand all rules, and play a complete legal game confidently.
Beginner 2 — Knight Level
Duration: 2–3 months
Objective: Develop tactical awareness and consistent thinking habits.
Outcome: Students learn basic tactics, plan simple strategies, and play confidently in openings and endgames.
Intermediate 1 — Bishop Level
Duration: 4–6 months
Objective: Strengthen calculation skills and strategic understanding.
Outcome: Students can plan effectively in mid-games, identify weaknesses, and capitalize on small advantages.
Intermediate 2 — Rook Level
Duration: 6–8 months
Objective: Deepen understanding of positional play, advanced tactics and strategies.
Outcome: Students master advanced tactics, strategy, and defense, gaining confidence in middlegame play and tournament openings.
Advanced — Queen Level
Duration: Custom-paced
Objective: Build a strong tournament mindset and advanced strategic play.
Outcome: Students can compete confidently in rated events and analyze their own games.
Master — King Level
Duration: Custom-paced
Objective: Transition from advanced player to tournament performer and mentor mindset.
