Frequently asked questions
We have a vacation planned — what weeks do we need?+
You can purchase the number of weeks you need and confirm the actual weeks in the first week of June. Families who sign up for more than 6 weeks can add any additional weeks too.
Can we take a tour before signing up?+
Yes! Schedule a tour using the links below. The link will say chess class, but don't worry — the summer camp tour is the same as the chess class tour.
How do I register?+
We use a platform called Brightwheel for updates and payments. Create an account using the Register button and complete the admission packet.
Are there any registration fees?+
The registration fee is $99. It is waived if you sign up for more than 6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change. Here is how refunds work if you need to cancel.
Child Illness Policy
If your child is sick, please keep them home. To keep the environment safe for everyone, if your child is sick you will be called to pick them up.
